Meet Rita Chairpairini
I was attracted to real estate because it appeared to be a business offering much to learn and do with new and different problems to solve. Nineteen years later, I know that I was absolutely correct about that and it has proven to be that, times ten. It has been a journey of personal growth and life lessons that would be hard to find in most professions. The uniqueness of each transaction gives me the opportunity to be creative and resourceful and do my homework. I work hard and I enjoy it!
With few exceptions my clients come by referral only. It is rewarding to build lasting relationships along the way and I particularly enjoy working with buyers, finding that one house that will best serve their needs and wants.
I have 5 years experience with new construction, representing builders. I have fourteen years with full service real estate companies. I joined Keller Williams Premier Realty six years ago. Keller Williams represents the highest standards of practice and professionalism and is the fastest growing company moving to number two in the nation on its way to number one.
I am married to my high school sweetheart and although he is no longer a hockey player and I no longer a cheerleader, we have a great life together with three daughters, two sons-in-law, five grandsons and one granddaughter. Jim has made his living via real estate, as well, with his ceramic tile contracting company, Renaissance Tile and Stone. Jim was born in Minneapolis, and I have been here since I was three years old.
I could say that my avocation is health and wellness and I am currently working on a BA in Holistic Nutrition. Being healthy allows us to live life to the fullest. To stay healthy I eat whole foods, (mostly plants) get sunshine, fresh air, think the best of everyone, smile and laugh a lot, get ample sleep, practice yoga, ride bicycle, walk, swim, and golf. I also study wellness and natural health.
I volunteered in the past and have been involved with Befrienders International (helping others move forward through difficult times in their lives) and other church, school, and community projects. Now, I would like to find a way to make a difference by promoting local, organic, and sustainable farming.
I am driven to see my clients meet their goals!
