Real Estate is not just my career…..it is my passion! I view each real estate transaction as a partnership with my clients.  I will work tirelessly to make sure my clients get the best experience possible when selling or purchasing a home.

Experience
I have over 10 years of full time experience as a licensed Real Estate Agent. Prior to that I was in advertising management, commercial interiors, and invested in real estate.

Technology
I firmly believe that most buyers are seeing homes first on the internet. That is why I give all of my listings such a large internet presence. I also have many lead capture and search engines working to draw potential buyers to your home. Plus a web tool that allows buyers to search like an agent!

Expertise
My areas of specialization include custom built homes, relocations, waterfront properties.

I pride myself on being accessible to my clients. I do answer my phone. And if you happen to get my voicemail you can be assured I am in a client meeting an will call you back very quickly!

Personal
Loni and her two children live in the Credit River area of Lakeville. They love to go boating and traveling abroad.  She has a Bachelor’s degree in music and plays classical piano.  Her memberships include MAR, NAR and church membership at Hosanna!
