Meet Loni

Loni Lowe came to real estate years ago with an exceptional work history.

She worked over ten years in advertising. She knows how to market a home.

She also worked several years in the commercial interiors industry as a space planner and interior designer. She has the experience to “visualize” the potential in a home in ways others simply cannot.

Loni has spent many years investing in homes for herself. She buys homes, remodels and markets them, and then reinvests again. She knows value when she sees it.

Loni understands the importance of professional representation by a Realtor when you consider purchasing an existing or new construction home. Because she has worked so closely with buyers, sellers, and builders; she has the skills to negotiate effectively on your behalf.

Much of Loni’s business comes from repeat clients and their referrals! They know from experience she is a partner with them in the whole process of buying or selling a home. She listens and encourages their input. Loni will take you on an exciting and rewarding journey into the world of real estate.

Loni and her husband Jim have two children. They live in the Credit River area of Lakeville. They love to go boating and traveling abroad. She has a Bachelor’s degree in music and plays classical piano. Her memberships include MAR, NAR, President’s Club, Executive Club, and 100% Club.

A portion of Loni’s commissions are donated to The Children’s Miracle Network.
