Community Involvement

Loni Lowe has a strong desire to “give back”.  She is involved in several charities in her community and those around the Twin Cities.  She also donates a portion of her commissions earned to Keller Williams non profit organization called KW Cares.  

FEEED MY STARVING CHILDREN
Feed My Starving Children is a non-profit Christian organization committed to feeding God’s starving children hungry in body and spirit. The approach is simple: children and adults hand-pack meals formulated specially for starving children, and we ship the meals to nearly 70 countries around the world.  Click here to learn more about FMSC and how you can become involved.

HABITAT FOR HUMANITY
We are a nonprofit, ecumenical Christian ministry founded on the conviction that every man, woman and child should have a decent, safe and affordable place to live. We build with people in need regardless of race or religion. We welcome volunteers and supporters from all backgrounds.  Take a quick tour of our mission, methods and current progress.

SIMPSON HOUSE
Uniquely in the metro area, we provide a full continuum of supportive housing services to end chronic homelessness.  Emergency shelters for men and women (separated by gender). Permanent, subsidized, supportive rental housing for single men and women who have been homeless long-term, with a unique focus on the needs of single women.  Subsidized, supportive rental housing for families with children, both single site and scattered site, both transitional and permanent housing. We educate the public about people who experience homelessness and the social justice imperative to end homelessness.  more about Simpson Housing

KW CARES
KW Cares is a public charity created to support Keller Williams Realty associates and their immediate families with hardship as a result of a sudden emergency.  Hardship is defined as a difficult circumstance that a person or family cannot handle without outside help. The charity is the heart of Keller Williams Realty culture in action – finding and serving the higher purpose of business through charitable giving in the Market Centers and communities where Keller Williams’s associates live and work. http://www.kwcares.org/pages/home.shtml

KW RED DAY
RED (Renew, Energize and Donate) Day is a Keller Williams Realty service initiative dedicated to improving our local communities. All Keller Williams Realty associates in the United States and Canada were asked to donate their time on May 13, 2010 to renewing and energizing aspects of their local communities. Because of her constant commitment to the culture of our company, this day has been dedicated in honor of our Vice Chairman, Mo Anderson. In 2011, Red Day will be held on May 12.
